Chequers Seafood + Steak is open for dinner seven nights a week, along with Sunday brunch. Executive Chef James Dennerline features restaurant favorites from the original Chequers location along with new menu items showcasing fresh ocean fare and prime steaks for which the restaurant is known. In contrast with typical upscale seafood and steakhouses, entrees at Chequers always include side dishes, creating surprising value for the menu and experience the restaurant offers.
Highlights from the new menu include:
- Maple Plank Roasted Salmon with bourbon glaze, whipped yukon gold potatoes, green beans and pecans
- Seared Georges Bank Scallops with lemon asparagus risotto, fennel and balsamic reduction
- Char Crusted Ahi Tuna with parmesan-herb roasted yukon gold potatoes, grilled asparagus and foyot sauce
- 14 oz. Bone-in Duroc Pork Chop with choice of two seasonal sides
