Guests will each choose a starter, salad and soup and share the entrée course of red wine braised Wagyu short rib with porcini sauce, jumbo shrimp and scallops, lobster mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus, as well as chocolate truffles for dessert. The featured cocktail is “Your Kiss on My List,” made with Finlandia Wild Fruit Vodka and cranberry juice shaken over ice and served in a martini glass with a dollop of raspberry sorbet. The cost is $120 per couple.
