Executive Chef Quentin Donnaud was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, and his menu at Coast reflects his appreciation for the culinary influence of his hometown. His menu also demonstrates his commitment to using locally grown ingredients and locally raised meats and his dedication to encouraging sustainable seafood practices. In 2012, Donnaud won the culinary competition on the Food Network’s popular show “Chopped.”
