With a focus on seafood and steaks, Noble Fin has an in-town vibe with tall ceilings, a full bar with built-in televisions, tall cocktail tables, an open kitchen, private and semi-private dining rooms and a full wine wall with a rolling steel ladder. The atmosphere is comfortable with weathered hardwood flooring, large hanging pendants, a mix of booths separated by steel and frosted glass, banquettes and tables, and a full open kitchen that is fronted by a skinned canoe. The restaurant has sixteen tables for parties of eight or less.
The new locally owned, freestanding restaurant is situated adjacent to the Peachtree Corners Forum in the ever-growing Gwinnett County. It is surrounded by the cities of Duluth, John's Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, Berkeley Lake, and Norcross. Jay Swift says, "I'm excited to be a part of the new development in Peachtree Corners and assist in the city's upcoming growth. We have hired many local residents and look forward to meeting many of the people in the area. Every person that I have met in the area has been more than receptive and I already feel like I know the people."
