5 pounds pulled smoked chicken (white and dark meat), cut into 1/2-inch cubes 1 cup diced onion 1/2cup chopped pecans 1 cup sliced celery 2 cups mayonnaise juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tablespoon kosher salt, or to taste 2 teaspoons fresh ground white pepper 2 teaspoons dried basil 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine chicken, onion, pecans and celery in a large bowl. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and all seasoning separately. Add mayonnaise to chicken and mix well.
