Skynny Blood Orange Cosmo
Yield: 1 cocktail (under 200 calories)
ice 1 1/4 ounces Skyy Infusions® Blood Orange Vodka 1 ounce TY KU Soju® 1/2 ounce Monin® Sugar Free Triple Sec 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice 1 ounce cranberry juice 1 orange slice for garnish
In a shaker with ice, combine all ingredients up to orange slice and mix well. Strain into a martini glass.Garnish with orange slice on rim.
In a Boston shaker with ice, combine next 3 ingredients and mix well. (Because this contains sparkling wine, vigorous shaking should create a “foam cap.”) Strain into champagne flute. Garnish with raspberry on clear pick over the top. Twist lemon twist over drink and discard twist.
