The Golda Smash

Yield: 1 drink

   1 1/4     ounces Four Roses Bourbon
      1/4     ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
      1/2     ounce Rosemary-Infused Honey Syrup (recipe included)
   1 1/2     ounces Golda Oak Aged Kombucha Tea
                 fresh rosemary sprig for garnish

Combine first 3 ingredients in metal shaker, shake well, and strain over 2 perfect ice cubes.

Top with Golda Oak Aged Kombucha Tea and garnish with rosemary sprig. Add lemon wedge garnish if desired.

Rosemary-Infused Honey Syrup
        2     parts honey to 1 part water
                freshly chopped rosemary to taste

For the Rosemary-Infused Honey Syrup
Combine ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for about 30 minutes. Turn off heat, cover and steep for at least 1 hour; strain. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
